I had a fantastic stay at the converted barn in Pattishall! The owners were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable, and I had my own private bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen were well-equipped and perfect for socializing with other guests. Plus, the beautiful garden and surrounding countryside made for lovely walks. a great experience for a backpacker like myself.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The stay was absolutely lovely. The setting was STUNNING, really close to an attractive garden surrounded by arable farming country. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Holy Cross Pattishall Church. Comforts of twin room were fabulous - a kitchen and a large living room. English breakfast was a nice touch.

Julia
The fantastic location added to our experience, and although we were rushed, we didn't get a chance to sample the English breakfast.

The Old Bakery Barn is a hidden gem. The attention to detail is remarkable, from the well-stocked kitchen to the clean and modern bathrooms. The recently converted barn has been done with great skill and judgement, providing comfortable and cozy rooms. The location is perfect, with a lovely village atmosphere and a pub nearby serving great food and ales. The breakfast provided by Shelagh surpassed my expectations, with plenty of options to choose from. I couldn't fault it.
All was spot on, nothing to improve.

The breakfast here offers a great variety of dishes, perfect for a hearty start to the day. 🍳 The location is ideal, with a lovely garden right outside, and being conveniently situated in the heart of town. By rewording the review in a more casual and engaging tone, it creates a more appealing and relatable description that highlights the positive aspects of the hotel experience.

A little gem in the countryside! The recently converted barn was absolutely beautiful, with a cozy bedroom, a lovely living area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the surrounding garden and the peacefulness of the arable farming country. Additionally, the breakfast provided had plenty of choices and was delicious.
The pricing for a shared stay was a bit on the expensive side, especially considering that we were not notified in advance about the possibility of sharing the house. This was a slight disappointment as we would have expected a lower price for a shared accommodation.

My New Year stay at this charming countryside house was a delight. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The location offered the best of both worlds, as it was close enough to enjoy the festivities in the nearby town, but also far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The accommodations were comfortable and well-fitted with modern amenities such as a clean kitchen and bathroom. The added bonus of a hearty breakfast spread every morning was a great way to start the day.
I can't think of any negatives during my stay. Although the location was a bit off the beaten path, it was ideal for a peaceful getaway.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The barn itself is super cozy and well-fitted with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The hosts are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. The breakfast options are endless and delicious. And the cherry on top? The local pub is just a short walk away and serves amazing food and ales. Plus, the fact that it's only a 30-minute drive to Silverstone F1 track is jaw-dropping! an unforgettable experience with plenty of teas, coffee, and other little bonuses to enjoy.

Located in a peaceful countryside environment, this accommodation stands out for its beautifully converted period barn with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms, a cozy living area, and lovely bedroom/bathroom. the owners exude a warmth of hospitality and friendliness that makes the stay memorable. There are also tea and coffee-making facilities, an excellent breakfast selection, and undemanding literature available.
It may be slightly overpriced for a shared stay.
